COVID-19 Shipping Update
Please note: We are doing our best under difficult circumstances to ship and deliver your order quickly and safely. Shipments may however experience significant delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We ship from international warehouses to best serve our customers. All shipping is currently FREE.
All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts:
Order Processing Time and Shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
Order Processing Time
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped to you, we´ll refund the money you paid for the products. We will not be able to make changes to your order once the packaging and shipping process has started.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you're ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different dates, as they may be shipped from different warehouses. If your orders have been sent in separate packages you'll get individual dispatch emails with their unique tracking numbers.

Potential service interruptions
On some occasions, there may be a delay for reasons beyond our control (customs, traffic, accidents, weather). Shipping carrier delays, weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the recipient. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. Fisherazade.com has no control over customs fees or delays. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
