We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. Please note that items in your order may be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
Choosing the courier service, actually, depends on our fulfillment center. Thus, courier services may vary from country to country. Without a strong business establishment with the courier service, we are unable to obtain cheaper rates thus in terms of speed we would lose our global customers to our competitors.
We offer free international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

It will usually take 10-20 days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact email@example.com. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
YES! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information per e-mail.
Once the parcel has been shipped to the customer, there's no way to stop it. If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped to you, we´ll refund the money you paid for the products including shipping costs.
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships including your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain information for you to be able to track and trace your parcel. You can track your order at any time by simply clicking the link at the top of each page named "Track your order".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country.
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
